Caviar is the name of salmon roe, but the most expensive caviar eggs is “Almas” brand. It comes from Beluga Strurgen which is fish caught from the Caspian Sea, the largest lake in the world. It is caviar eggs with bright yellow color. And “Almas” brand sell at only one store is Caviar House&Prunier in London, England. Almas is packed in 24 carat gold cartridges sold at a price 875,000 baht. At the present, this type of fish is drastically reduced by fishing and eggs being collected; therefore, it has conservation in many countries around the world.
